Website for beauty and skin clinics with booking and a price list
Your diary holds two very different things: consultations, which need their own length and get arranged one at a time, and the course of appointments that follows, which is agreed once and then has to be booked six times over. Keeping both straight is administration, and it lands on whoever picks up the phone.
The site runs on your own domain, with SSL, hosting and nightly backups in every plan. From €49 to €199 a month, excluding VAT.
Three pieces of admin, every week
None of this is about the work itself. It is about what has to be written down, arranged, remembered and then repeated around it.
A consultation is not a normal slot
It takes longer than the appointments that come after it and it needs to be booked as its own thing. When the diary only understands one kind of slot, the consultation gets dropped into a space that was never long enough, and from ten past ten onwards the whole afternoon is running behind.
Six appointments, arranged one at a time
A course is agreed once and then has to appear in the diary six separate times, usually spaced out. In practice that means a note on a pad, a conversation at the desk after every visit, and a client ringing in March about something that was arranged in January. It is one decision, made into six jobs.
The price list is the first question
People want to know what things cost before they get in touch at all, and when the answer is not written down anywhere they ask by phone and by message, one at a time, all week long. Every one of those is a few minutes of somebody's day spent reading out a list that could have been sat on a page.
Four things that take the admin off the desk
The rest of the product is there as well. These four are the ones a clinic diary leans on.
Consultations and later appointments as separate bookings
They go in as different services with different lengths, so somebody choosing a consultation is only offered the times where the longer slot actually exists. What is shown comes from your opening hours and what is already in the diary, which means a time on offer is a time you can keep.
The price list, written down once
Each line on the list carries a pricing type of its own: a set price where the price is set, a from-price where it varies, a package price where several appointments are arranged together. Put it on the page once and it answers the question every time it is asked, at any hour of the day.
Confirmations and reminders, sent automatically
A confirmation goes out at the moment of booking with the date, the time and the address on it, and a reminder follows before the appointment. Nobody at the clinic has to keep a list of who still needs ringing. E-mail is part of every plan and SMS is available as prepaid credit.
The questions that arrive before anybody books
Opening hours, parking, how much notice you need, how to cancel, what to bring: the questions that come in by phone all week are the ones that can be written down as a list on the page. Each answer goes in once and it is there at nine in the evening as well as at nine in the morning.
How the price list can be set out
The names and the amounts are yours. What the list needs is a pricing type on every line and a length behind it, so that the page and the diary agree with each other.
The list can be split into categories with prices of their own, and any line can be limited to the days and hours it is available.
What clinic owners ask before deciding
Yes. It is its own service with its own length and its own price, so it is booked, confirmed and reminded like any other line, and nothing longer can be dropped into that slot by mistake.
It goes on the price list as a package with a price of its own, and the appointments that make it up are placed in the diary as a series rather than one conversation at the desk at a time.
It does. Staff and rooms go in as resources and every line is tied to what it requires, so nothing can be booked into a room that is already taken or with somebody who is not in that day.
Each booking has a personal link, and the client moves or cancels it from there. The time goes back into the diary at the moment it is released rather than whenever somebody gets round to reading the message.
It can be imported, so the wording and the price list come across instead of being typed out again. The builder then fills the gaps, and you edit anything on the page by clicking the pencil beside it.
Plans run from €49 to €199 a month excluding VAT. Every plan covers the site on your own domain, SSL, hosting, nightly backups and support, with SMS as a prepaid add-on.

Describe how the clinic is organised and what is on the price list, and a first version comes back with the services, the lengths and the booking arranged. Adjust it on the page itself, line by line, until it matches the way you actually work.
